As a highly motivated HR leader you are adept at initiating progressive policies that build on the success of a corporate culture that provides open communication and opportunities for growth. In your previous positions you have displayed an ability to hire the right people, while developing and implementing effective training programs. As a strong team player you will use your exceptional communication skills to work with your counterparts at affiliated companies to provide forward-thinking HR policies and procedures that set common goals for the entire organization.
Your comprehensive background in HR has prepared you for responsibilities that include:
- Guiding a team of HR managers
- Developing progressive HR strategies and programs
- Participating on joint committees to maintain strong relationships between management and employees
- Providing advice and guidance to staff responsible for recruiting and hiring, orientation, training, coaching, and recognition programs
- Communicate organizational change as required and lead the development and implementation of change management initiatives
- Manage and support coaching, training and development in support of a high performance organization focused on attracting and promoting key talent
To excel in this position a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management along with a proven track record of success in HR management at large corporations is a must. In-depth knowledge of HR practices is essential. So is a demonstrated commitment to the highest personal, professional and ethical standards. An ability to communicate in a clear and compelling manner is imperative, as is building an HR strategy that supports teamwork and continuous improvement. A CHRP designation would be an asset.
