Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales by telephoning local and regional advertisers and promoting current and upcoming features, community services pages, seasonal projects and special sections.

The successful applicant will answer general inquires and provide price quotes and other information pertaining to circulation, readership, distribution and technical specifications.

Finally, this role provides the liaison between national sales and the ad order entry, production and delivery departments to ensure accurate placement of ads and delivery of flyers.

We seek a dynamic, task-oriented and conscientious individual who thrives in a fast paced, professional work environment. Previous experience in an outbound sales position is preferred but we are willing to train.

Strong multi-tasking and up-selling skills are a must, along with a customer-service orientation that comes naturally. Ability to write and speak in French is a definite asset.
