Position Description:

The Telesales Resource Account Managers are responsible to manage the ongoing relationship with our clients "customers" and develop a solid working relationship with these customers.  The successful incumbent will also be responsible to create awareness of the client's sales, marketing and support programs that are designed to assist our client's customers to become quickly enabled to sell our client's products.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

These roles will be of interest to someone who likes communicating with many different customers and works well in a team environment but is also capable of working independently.

• At least 2 years of outbound telesales experience;
• Skills in account management and growing sales through assigned accounts;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Excellent research and analysis capabilities;
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Emphasis is on Word, Excel and email utilization.
