Position Description:

CGS is looking for Solution Relationship Managers to work directly over the phone with key Business Partners to recruit and work with them to port their solutions to an IBM Platform. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years in a sales oriented Service Center or Call Center Role.
• Previous experience working with Customer Sales and Marketing Managers in a team environment;
• Knowledge of sales methodology and IBM Software or Hardware Products;
• Excellent skills in positions and successfully delivering value propositions to Partners by guiding them through partner enablement/activation processes;
• Ability to quickly understand Partner needs and be able to tailor conversations to different type services and programs to fit those needs;
• Experience in utilizing Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Word, Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
