We are currently seeking 3 highly motivated fulltime and term Distribution – Quality Assurance Agents to work in our Saint John location. As a Distribution Quality Assurance Agent, you will monitor and evaluate document quality. As well as provide supervisors with job quality feedback and quality initiatives information. Quality Assurance Agents effectively delivers QA results to employees on the quality of work performed and provide daily and weekly reports to supervisor. Also, Quality Assurance Agents performs various administrative or support functions for the HCC distribution group and are expected to receive incoming calls approximately 30% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Administrative and Data entry experience is required
- Basic computer skills in Excel and word is a strong requirement
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook
- Strong multi tasking, time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, HEAT, Global Distribution System (GDS), Single Point of Entry (SPE), Agent Interface (AI), Property Reservation Manager (PRM) is considered an asset
- Proven internal and external customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven judgment and leadership skills. Customer service and organizational skills are key success factors for this position
- Experience or training in TQM (Total Quality Management) would be an asset
- High attention to detail is essential
