Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Skill Requirements:

• Education: Completion of high school
• Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's Licence (Class D or 3), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
• Experience: Experience an asset
• Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
• Travel Experience: Local
• Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
• Specific Skills: Pick-up and deliver various items and products, Load and unload goods, Use maps and other trip planning aids, Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle, Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems
• Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service, Receive and relay information to central dispatch
• Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract), Drug test
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding
• Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
