Job Title: Registered Nurse – RN02 - CASUAL

Purpose of Job:
To holistically coordinate the care of each patient, incorporating the nursing profession's values of knowledge, theory and practice. To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the needs of patients and significant others in the delivery of care and collaborate with all members of the interdisciplinary team in this approach.
To qualify: (Qualifications in bold must be verified on internal application forms):
- Active registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick, or eligible for such registration.
- Mental Health experience an asset.
- Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrated teamwork with multidisciplinary team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead educational group activities within trial period.
- Demonstrated ability in the assessment and evaluation of clients' mental health status within the trial period.
- Good previous work records and must be able to attend work on a regular basis.
- Mentally and physically able to perform assigned duties.
- All mandatory certifications must be up to date including BCLS & NVCI.
