Their Atlantic Canada operation has an immediate opening for a Parts Person to work out of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia with responsibility for maximizing sales in their Parts Store and providing excellent service to their varied customer base.

Specifically, the duties of the position include:

• Serving walk-in customers at the parts counter.
• Processing phone-in orders.
• Accessing price information on the computer system and providing price quotes.
• Ordering parts.
• Receiving and warehousing parts.
• Processing warranty claims.
• Managing inventory levels.
• Merchandising the store.
• Following up with customers after the sale.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Previous counter sales experience, ideally related to industrial parts.
• Relevant technical knowledge.
• Warehousing and inventory management experience.
• Merchandising experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
