Accounting Clerk (Term Position)
Location: Dartmouth

The Accounting Clerk completes a variety of accounting tasks covered by general operating procedures.  Reporting to the Office Manager, duties include but are not limited to:

  • Mail receipt (balance Interac machines with reports)
  • Preparing and completing bank deposits
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Utilizing the DIS Accounting system
  • Filing, storing, and retrieving documents

The successful candidate will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to manage and prioritize varying deadlines, have excellent organizational skills and be ready to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
