Because of our continued growth and success, we are looking to expand our team with Consultants in the Business Analysis field.

As the ideal candidate, you demonstrate the following competencies:

• Knowledge: strong business acumen that supports understanding of our client's business; ensure requirements are accurately defined and translated into effective business requirements and delivered solutions;
• Critical Thinking / Problem Solving: strong technical aptitude, as well as ability to analyze, and have a strong attention to detail; ensure through business system testing and risk assessment that client's requirements are met;
• Execution / Organizational Skills: well organized, the ability to quickly assess priorities in a diverse and fast-paced environment; the ability to multi-task;
• Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills; good presentation skills and ability to present information to various audiences including facilitation of client requirement workshops; Customer Orientation: strong client focus; ability to evolve and enhance client relationships, earn confidence, trust and respect from colleagues and clients;
• Team Work: ability to work in a group or independently; ability to mentor junior resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant professional business experience in IT Service Support/Delivery as well as analysis and design of moderately complex business systems.
• Thorough knowledge of requirements analysis process.
• Excellent consulting skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of system development and quality assurance methodologies and project life cycles.
• Experience with Common Desktop Tools: Word, Excel, MS-Access, MS-Project, etc.
• Knowledge of process design methodologies, such as Six Sigma/LEAN is an asset.
• Knowledge of visual business process modelling languages, such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) or Unified Modeling Language (UML) is an asset.
• Experience with web-based technologies is an asset.
• Experience with process modelling tools, such as iGrafx, Viso is an asset.
