Sameday Worldwide has an immediate opening for a Terminal Manager in our Calgary Terminal. In this position the primary responsibility will be to drive performance and win with customers.

Reporting to the Regional Manager Western Canada, your responsibilities Calgary Sameday operation. This involves the day-to-day P&D operations, the dock operations, achieving set goals, targets and objectives, negotiating win-win service agreements, cultivating relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and to manage the overall team of supervisors, lead hands, dispatchers, dock staff and owner operators.

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the courier business, a minimum of 5 years previous managerial/supervisory experience and must be familiar with our various systems such as dispatch, AS400, MS Office etc.
