| Job Description |
As the Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales through the development/management of relationships with clients throughout the Edmonton area and surrounding areas. |
| Responsibilities |
• Developing new and existing retail clients in the Employee's territory; • Providing accurate and concise information to retailers on the use of all of the Company's products; • Conducting demonstrations of the Company's products; • Maintaining regular direct contact with the Company's head office and/or the Employee's sales manager; • Completing and providing administrative paperwork to the Employee's sales manager in a neat and timely manner and on schedule; • Conducting sales visits within the framework of set company guidelines • Creating and managing a strategic road plan; • Creates/develops strategies and opportunities through data analysis of territory • Conducting face-to-face meetings with buyers of retail accounts and coordinating programs for product sell in, and product sell through; • Attending Trade Shows and Training Seminars as required; • Develop and implement a sound business plan to attain a position of market prominence while meeting sales objectives; • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time.

| Requirements |
• 3 years outside retail sales experience. A background working in the nutraceutical, sports nutrition or pharmaceutical OTC retail industry will be an asset. • High School- minimal education required, university and college preferred • Excellent computer skills including Excel and the ability to interpret and analyze sales reports. • Ability to creatively execute intended strategies, drive results and invent new ways to create a high performing work environment, thus maximizing return on investment. • A result-oriented individual with strong communications and interpersonal skills • Ability to interpret and provide consultation and expert advice to management and board of directors • Effective change management, conflict management strategic planning skills
