| Job Description |
Supervise and coordinate on-site and road-service mechanics and service advisors engaged in repair of reefer unit and other mechanical equipment. Ensure proper safety standards are maintained. Perform supervisory based administrative duties, procure parts and shop supplies and control all inventory levels. Schedule work assignments and conduct performance evaluations and also train new personnel.

| Responsibilities |
- Supervise all employees including technicians and service advisors engaged in the repair and maintenance of refrigeration units found mostly on trailers and cube vans. - Inspect work in progress and upon completion ensuring work meets required maintenance standards. - Perform weekly shop safety inspections and ensures adherence to proper safety procedures. - Perform administrative duties including logging hours, reviewing budgets, and other admin duties as assigned. - Estimating materials required by employees and requisitioning materials and supplies. - Responsible for maintaing minimum billable hours in repairs/installs on the shop floor - Provide budget recommendations and projections - Researching training and training new personnel - Scheduling work assignments - Conducting performance evaluations, performing all duties related to hiring, disciplinary action and dismissals

| Requirements |
- Minimum of 3 years in a management capacity including experienced in HR functions (hiring, training), Finance (P&L Statements, Budgetting and Invoicing) and Administration (Client Relations) - Licensed in Mechanics with specialization in either Reefers, Truck and Trailer or Heavy Equipment - Strong communication skills - Experience using Outlook, MS Word and Excel

| Compensation and Benefits Details |
Our Client is pleased to offer a compensation package including salary of $48-$50K/year, benefits, paid (flexible) vacation time and other industry perks.
