Location: Bedford

Our client, a global leader in information technology and financial solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager in the Bedford Area.

In this role you will develop a thorough understanding of our products and services. Your focus and client base will be primarily commercial but you will be required to also have a good understanding of the full menu of the company’s services.

You will sell to new and existing clients while maintaining and increasing revenue and market share.  You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategy that will develop long term & profitable relationship. You will be researching and resolving customer problems, and providing training in the use of our products and services. 

50% of your time will be spent with your existing client base (Relationship Management) and 50% of your time will be spent building new client relationships with new clients and selling current clients a "Value added" service. You must be comfortable on the phone this is a telesales environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to exceed objectives
  • Be highly motivated and able to thrive in a goal orientated, competitive atmosphere
  • Have sales and prospecting experience
  • Demonstrate integrity and enjoy working in a team environment
  • The drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace
  • Have strong computer skills including MS Office Applications

Must Have:

  • University degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Proven client service and relationship management skills
  • High energy and a willingness to work independently

Compensation:

$35-40K Base annually + 25% target bonus, RSP matching plan, and excellent health care benefits
