Sales/Management Trainee

We are interested in meeting with recent graduates that have a strong interest and aptitude in business to business sales. Consideration would also be given to candidates with 3 - 5 years of sales experience.

Successful applicants will be part of a small inside sales team and will primarily be handling phone calls from their established customers, helping to process orders efficiently; learning about operations; working on special projects and assisting the outside sales team. This exposure will give you insight into a distribution/sales center and thorough knowledge of the products that will help to polish your interpersonal, team, sales and organizational skills.

Upon completion of the training program and on readiness to be successful in sales; candidates are given their own outside sales territory. After 2 - 3 years in outside sales, representatives are brought back inside as Sales Coordinators which is a management position. From there the career track builds into senior management. The opportunity for growth and earning potential is limitless!
