Job Description Your role in this company would be to generate new business using your own business network, referrals, lead generation systems, and through various prospecting activities such as partaking in valuable business and community events.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
• Meeting and achieving weekly and monthly targets
• Key opportunity identification and prospecting new clients
• Promoting all company insurance products and services
• Providing quality service that exceeds clients expectations
• Keeping your knowledge and application abilities up to date on new products, program processes, rules and requirements
Requirements
What will be required from you is:
• The ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
• A passion for delivering excellence in customer service with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team environment
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A ‘positive' and enthusiastic hunter attitude with a proven ability to identify and build on key business opportunities
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is not required
Compensation 41k - 50k
