Purpose:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the integration and optimization of an existing product into the company's portfolio of preprint, print and online properties.
You will continuously research and define the audience's needs and interests to develop and evolve the company's existing suite of products. In addition, you will draw the category's strategic roadmap, including areas such as new content development, product launches and marketing-planning and execution.
You will act as a liaison between content developers, the audience and the sales force while sharing financial responsibility for the overall business functions related to the product category. 

Requirements:
• Entrepreneurial mindset - demonstrated business acumen with at least 3 years of experience in successfully planning and managing product development and new product launches
• Knowledge of the funeral service profession industry in terms of customer needs, issues, concepts and practices preferred
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Strong Project Management skills
• Familiarity with and ability to adapt relevant existing and new information technologies
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate team members, influence decision makers and create synergy from a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong analytical and creative skills and mental discipline
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (F/E) language skills preferred
