Technology Coordinator

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Technology Coordinator from qualified individuals. Continuous improvement, policies and standards are the primary focus of our team as we collaborate with, and support our project stakeholders.

Duties:

• Responsible for technology systems related to document management processes
• Enhance and optimize use of technology in the document management processes
• Implement technology upgrades
• Manage relationships with technology vendors
• Develop and implement key performance indicators
• Implement technology change management plans
• Develop training plans for new technology
• Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years experience facilitating efficient and effective collaboration, workflow, document and records management required
• Previous experience in an industrial environment a definite asset.
• At least three years experience leading work and/or project groups required
• Post secondary education in a related field preferred 
• Demonstrated experience leading and influencing without authority
• Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and change management required
• Strong negotiation, presentation and leadership skills are required
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications
