Advantage Personnel is currently looking for a permanent Bilingual Contact Center Professionals in the Saint John area.

Employees' primary responsibility will be customer service, promptly and politely responding to customer inquiries and working closely with other team members. The focus of this position is customer service; however this position may include some dispatching amongst technicians.

Ideal candidates possess the following skills:

• Computer literate – able to work with Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel,
• Able to type 40 words per minute,
• Supreme oral and communication skills,
• Customer service oriented with a professional attitude.

The ability to speak French is a strong asset. Please indicate if you are bilingual, in both written and verbal communication.

Location: Saint John
Shifts: Full time. Day shifts available. Evening shifts available.
Pay: Depending on qualifications and shift
