As a Project Controller , you will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to PASRs, RFPs and SARs. These are various OCIO procurement vehicles
- Obtaining the Work Offer from the client
- Sending a response to the client on the Work Offer
- Obtaining a PO from the client
- Completing mandatory forms
- PMO - Creating detailed monthly project reports
- Executive Status Reports
- Project projections (budgeting spreadsheet that the client bases its billing on)
- Risks/Issues/Actions/Change Control logs
- Detailed Work plan
- Perform project closure procedures
- Close project
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience (financial background and project management support experience)
- University degree in a business field required
- Experience in a financial analysis role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Software Skills: Advanced Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Word, Powerpoint
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and deliver significant value
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
