We are currently seeking a high caliber Senior Stress Engineer to work on a contract basis. Based in Saint John NB, you will be working for one of the world’s leading engineering, procurement and construction companies to the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical sector.

• Based in St John, NB
• Commencement within 4 weeks

Job Requirements

• Responsible for stress engineering / analysis of new & revamped systems
• Working in a “live” Refinery
• Coordination and interface with design functions
• Must be a team player and also able to work independently
• Good command of the English language

Experience / Qualifications

• Engineering Degree and minimum of five years piping stress analysis
• Experience gained in similar role within EPC Sector
• Proficiency in AutoPIPE as preferred application. Caeser II knowledge also considered.
• Good working knowledge of ASME and ASTM piping codes and standards, in particular B31.1 process piping codes.
• P.Eng status advantageous for future role enhancement although not essential for current scope
