Our client is looking for talented, and a versatile sales representative who will understand and fit their unique entrepreneurial culture, able to handle high volume, multitask with ease and have a true passion for meeting and exceeding expectations.

Job Description As part of a sales focused, high energy, high profile team, you will be focused on setting up appointments within New Brunswick, out of the client's Moncton office. You will prepare for calls by researching companies, websites, send out reports or information to companies after speaking with the prospect, and keep a record of all calls and appointments.

You should have a strong hunter and sales mentality, be motivated by success and financial gain, and will also be energetic, articulate, persistent and able to communicate effectively with proven verbal and written skills.
Responsibilities - Cold-calling prospective clients and promoting an exceptional line of flooring products.
- Min 2 years of outside sales experience, or a strong client service background
- Commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Self confidence with ability to lead by example
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and PC skills required.
- Understanding of marketing and sales practices and how they impact the growth of the organization.
- Enthusiasm for commercial Business to Business contact
- Ensure all customer requirements are understood to recommend appropriate products, provide price information.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 or more years experience required in business to business sales and marketing, outside sales.
- Must have proven success in consistently achieving goals.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Having the ability to adapt to tight deadlines while prioritizing in a fast-paced environment is critical.
- You must have a strong desire to succeed with exceptional phone, communication and customer service skills.
- This position requires someone who is a highly motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, relationship builder who has an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Computer proficiency in Excel and Word is an essential.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
Compensation 36k - 40k ($17.50-20/hr)
