| The Ideal Candidate |
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT consulting. Experience in project and change management as well as supervising is required. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills as well as problem solving skills are essential. Interfaces experience and making functional design documents would be assets. Individuals who are customer and relationship builder and would be ideal for this role. |
| Job Description |
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of the department and be responsible for delivery managing the full cycle of project, delivering the connected applications for Procurement Goods and Services, HR, Health Safety Security environment as well as supervising a team of Business Analysts. |
| Responsibilities |
• Responsible for managing the full cycle of the project
• Able to deliver final scope and design of Procurement Goods and Services, Human Resources and Health and Safety Security landscape based on a high level scope from portfolio team
• Manage Central Global SAP, local deploy team, offshore team and business
• Set proper governance
• Manage a team of Business Analyst Consultants
• Test scenarios and test scripts with business
• Prepare training if necessary
• Define relevant cut-over and conversion requirements
• Responsible for communication within other teams in the East and Europe
• Responsible for integration with different workstream streams |
| Requirements |
• Expert level of familiarity with Global SAP
• Project delivery framework methodology is preferred
• Logistic background is preferred
• 25% of Domestic Travel is required
• 20% of International Travel is required
