Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day

Skill Requirements:
 
Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's Licence (Class D or 3), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement

Experience: Experience an asset

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Travel Experience: Local

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Specific Skills: Pick-up and deliver various items and products, Load and unload goods, Use maps and other trip planning aids, Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle, Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service, Receive and relay information to central dispatch

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract), Drug test

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
