You will have the chance to join a terrific corporate culture and contribute to the success of every facet of the business. Reporting to the Director, Internal Audit & Security, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of a comprehensive internal audit program for the Emera Group of Companies. Assist in the creation of the Annual Audit Plan, Risk Assessments and Board status reports. Working with a team that's very well respected across the organization, you will participate in both the planning and the execution of audits across the enterprise. Oversee testing, reporting, the management acceptance process and follow-up.  In response to 52-109, you will continue to change and update systems to ensure a self sustaining process within the business.

In the years since earning your designation, you have built your experience in an accounting firm as external auditor or in a major corporation as an internal audit leader. You are ready to add next generation audit practices to a flagship Canadian company.
