Reservation Sales Agent – Full Time Rotating Schedule – 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (8 positions)

Our Reservation Sales Agents provide exemplary sales expertise and service that is second to none. Choosing to be a Reservation Sales Agent at the Global Reservation Centre is choosing to offer the talent, dedication and commitment it takes to make each reservation experience unique for our guests.

Over a six-week rotating schedule, colleagues will work 4 days on, 2 days off. Days off will change from week to week on a rotating basis and will include some weekends off. 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Leader, Reservation Sales, the Reservation Sales Agent is responsible for the following:

• Facilitating reservations for our unique collection of world-class resorts and city center hotels 
• Serving as the primary contact between our guests and our luxury properties
• Providing product expertise in a professional, friendly and informative manner 
• Enriching our guests' experiences while maximizing the company's profitability 
• Identifying sales opportunities and actively selling the features and benefits of choosing to secure reservations at our distinctively unique properties

Qualifications: 

• Exemplary salesmanship with the ability to surpass targets and goals
• Dedication and commitment to being the best 
• Excellent keyboarding skills and a talent for multi tasking 
• Strong written and verbal business skills including math, spelling and grammar 
• Professional demeanor with the ability to provide personal and sincere service
• Available for shifts that have an earliest start time of 6:00 pm, and a latest end time 6:00 am
