Member Sales and Service Guides

We currently have 16 openings for highly motivated RCI Member Sales and Service Guides to work in our Resort Condominiums International (RCI) business unit. This is your opportunity to position yourself within a dynamic team in the Saint John RCI Group. As an RCI Member Sales and Service Guide, you would be responsible to sell RCI Products & Services to members: confirming vacations, depositing space banks, enrolling new members & soliciting membership renewals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 education level/GED complemented by a minimum of 6 months of direct experience in meeting sales quotas
• Must possess superior communication skills, and have the ability to negotiate, and make decisions
• Eager and available to work a flexible schedule
• Persuasive personality
• Computer basics and strong keyboarding skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills exhibiting a high level of professional
