The Financial Analyst supports management accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of operations as well as prepares financial analyses and reporting statements on a regular basis. This position enjoys high visibility and is a potential entry point into management roles of more significant responsibility within the company.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact at all levels. Candidates are required to have strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills and must hold a MBA plus a minimum of five years financial experience in manufacturing, operations or process improvement. Strong computer skills are also required (especially in Microsoft Excel) as is a career path demonstrating progressive achievement.
