Senior Municipal Engineer

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Municipal Engineer from qualified individuals. In this position you will be responsible for the design of water and wastewater treatment systems for both local and international municipalities, businesses and industries. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you will be able to develop and work with new and existing technologies to provide the best result for this valuable resource.

Duties:

• Water and sewer piping systems;
• Water and waste treatment, piping and pumping systems;
• Municipal pumping systems (potable and non-potable);
• Construction cost estimates for municipal and industrial projects;
• Proposal and Report preparation;
• Tasks as assigned by the Divisional Manager or assigned Project Manager;
• Working with clients in a team environment;
• Business Development.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering;
• Eligible for registration as a Member in the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick;
• Strong computer skills;
• Excellent command of English and good writing skills;
• Willingness to travel;
• 10 - 12 years of experience;
• Strong knowledge of potable water systems and water quality.
