Trip Rewards

Trip Rewards is the world's largest royalty program. You will assist our clients in turning their hotels stays into points for merchandise and travel. If you like shopping with someone else's money, you'll like becoming part of a team who helps members purchase items from a selection of 60 different restaurants, clothing and grocery stores within the US and Canada. Technical Support Services (TSS) and Hotel Information Technology (HIT)

Your technical background will allow you to experience the full spectrum of information technology. You could be providing system installations and training, developing animated presentations with our E-Learning Team or directing reservation system projects. You are the front-line support to all of our franchisees who are experiencing technical difficulties. Our HIT team looks after our technical needs on a local and global basis looking after the local networks and desktops in both our Saint John and Fredericton centres.

Distribution

Do you have a personal website you enjoy adding pictures or updates to? As a member of the Distribution Team, you will get paid for doing the same thing for the biggest names in the hotel industry. By managing the data for all the Wyndham Hotel Group Franchisees globally you are ensuring accurate, up-to-date, data on facility descriptions, rates and inventory for access by voice reservations and web sites.

Support Departments

  • The first team you will meet will be Human Resources. They hire only the best! They manage your benefits, employee relations and programs such as wellness and health
  • Then you will begin your employment in our Training Department where the team ensures that you're receiving quality training that will ensure your success at Wyndham.
  • Once you are in your department, the Scheduling Department looks after scheduling your breaks, vacations, meetings, etc. to ensure we have alignment with your needs and the calls from your clients.
  • You'll want to be paid! So, Finance and Payroll processes the bi-weekly pays for all of our employees as well as manages the financial resources for the centre.
