To serve you better, NSCC has implemented a new, user-friendly online application with CareerBeacon. First time users to the system (as well as previous applicants who were registered with Workopolis/CorporateWorks) will complete a basic registration and receive a username and password via email from CareerBeacon. The Faculty Learning College Portfolio is a voluntary learning activity where participating Faculty embark on a five-year learning opportunity, which begins with the development of a learning plan as a proposal for their five-year learning journey. NSCC's Leadership Exploration Awareness Program (LEAP) is a learning program designed to empower our support staff, enhancing their individual and collective contribution to the advancement of NSCC. Our annual two-day Support Staff Learning Conference for employees in administrative support positions and Facilities Support Learning Conference for employees in the maintenance and facilities area are two very popular and well-attended learning opportunities.
