All positions advertised within the ExxonMobil Business Support Centre generally require the following skills and attributes:
- Attention to detail, ability to do work with a high degree of accuracy
- Analyze and research situations to ensure accuracy of input and/or changes
- Able to detect and resolve problems or issues related to the specific customer set
- High volume producer - able to set work priorities, work to deadline and work with a minimum of supervision
- Team-minded individual - able to consult on issues and work together to handle rush priorities
- Strong communication skills - able to negotiate with customers and to manage sensitive customer relations

Most positions advertised within the ExxonMobil Business Support Centre generally require the following minimum qualifications:
- Post secondary education preferred
- One year of relevant customer service experience
- Basic level of knowledge of Microsoft Office products
