The Customer Operations Centre was established in Moncton in 1991 with 25 employees. Today, over 16 years later, we have evolved into a leading Customer Operations Centre in the Greater Moncton Area with a workforce of more than 140 team members. Our growth includes not only an expansion in the number of inbound customer service opportunities, but also the addition of a number of dynamic operational support roles. These support roles represent 40% of career opportunities within our facility.

The Skills
Successful candidates will be fluently bilingual (French & English), possess a College or University degree, or equivalent in experience, and a minimum of two years customer service experience. Candidates must also demonstrate strong customer service skills, display above average team skills with a desire to contribute in a highly interdependent team environment.
Hours of Operation
Weekdays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays and Statutory Holidays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pmCompensation
