Cogsdale has been providing complete business solutions to local governments and utilities worldwide since 1997. With more than 300 clients, Cogsdale focuses on public and private utilities, local government organizations, and utility co-operatives.

Cogsdale’s corporate office is located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Cogsdale currently has a staff of 56 employees, with 28 working out of Charlottetown. The remainders of our employees are located in our Development Office in Mississauga, Ontario, or work out of home offices throughout Canada and the United States.

Cogsdale’s mission statement is to be the foremost provider of service-oriented business solutions to local governments and utilities by delivering Systems without Boundaries.

Our Systems without Boundaries approach incorporates all the functionality for the day-to-day operation of local governments and utilities. Our integrated system provides financial management, people management, asset management, work management and customer management.
