Headquartered in Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada, with three centers located in Halifax, Vancouver BC, and Saint John NB, Blue Ocean has a team of over 500 professionals serving clients in the tourism, technology, financial and communications sectors. Many of these clients are highly recognizable Fortune 500 companies, who have invested in us to build and nurture their customer relationships.

Blue Ocean Referral Program
Here at Blue Ocean, we realize that no one knows the Agent job better than our own! So what better people to turn to for quality referrals? We've developed a program that rewards agents for their recruiting efforts: for every referral that Blue Ocean hires, we put $150.00 in the hands of the referrer upfront. If both the referrer and the referee are still employed after three months, they are rewarded with $150.00 each. That's some serious referral dough!
State-of-the-art facilities
We love a beautiful workspace as much as the next person. Which is why we've recently invested in a well-designed new building to serve our clients and employees better. All of our agents are given semi-private workstations, access to cutting-edge technology, and ergonomically-friendly chairs. Aside from this, agents have access to a large lunchroom equipped with computers, leather couches, a wide-screen television, and vending facilities.
